Чтобы защитить конфиденциальность данных, периодически меняйте пароль. Если срок действия паролей пользователя истекает на периодической основе, то в конце каждого периода пользователю предлагается изменить пароль.
Введите строку «Пароль» в поле «Быстрый поиск» в меню «Настройка» и выберите пункт «Изменить мой пароль».
Если вам нужно войти в Salesforce посредством единой регистрации (SSO), например, из организации Google или корпоративного портала, изменить пароль в Salesforce невозможно, поскольку у вас нет активных регистрационных данных пароля. Если вы не уверены в необходимости единого входа, обратитесь к администратору Salesforce.
Когда администратор Salesforce или служба поддержки Salesforce инициирует сброс пароля, текущий пароль становится недействительным. Чтобы войти повторно, завершите сброс пароля.
Сбросить пароль в мобильном приложении Salesforce невозможно.
