Use the Clone and Clone with Related actions on Rebate Program and Program Rebate Type records to copy a record along with its related records. For Advanced Rebate programs, this allows you to quickly replicate independent accrual and payout configurations for new regions or periods.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer
Editions that have Rebate and Accrual Management Advanced enabled.
User Permissions
Needed
To clone a rebate program
Rebate and Accrual Management Advanced Admin permission set
From App Launcher search, enter Rebate Programs or
Rebate Type, and then select Rebate Programs or Rebate
Type.
From the Quick Actions Menu, select one of these fields and values.
Object

Rebate Program
Copy the Rebate Program record and its core settings, including the
Execution Type.
Copy the Rebate Program record with the option to copy related records:
Program Rebate Type
Rebate Program Accrual Period
Rebate Program Payout Period
Program Rebate Type Benefit
Rebate Type
Copy the Program Rebate Type record.
Copy the Program Rebate Type record with the option to copy the following
related records:
Program Rebate Type Benefit
Program Rebate Type Benefit Mapping
Program Rebate Type Filter
Update the Start Date, End Date, and other details as required.
For Advanced programs, ensure the Execution Type remains set to Advanced and the Source
Matching Field is correctly mapped before saving.
Click Save.
