Find Your New Products and Licenses Purchased with the Your Account App

After you buy products or licenses in the Your Account app, locate them quickly so you can put them to work.

Required Editions

Available in: Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
Available in: Starter, Pro Suite, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions
User Permissions Needed
To use the Your Account app:

Manage Billing OR Manage Subscriptions in Your Account: Identity User permission set

When you know where to find your licenses, you can quickly confirm that your order is complete and correct. You can also track active versus assigned licenses, forecast renewal costs, and make sure that you have seats available for new hires.

New products and licenses are typically available in less than an hour after purchase. Where your licenses appear depends on the license type and your Salesforce edition.

  1. Review your order summary in the confirmation window, and save it as a PDF before you close the window.

    Note After you leave the confirmation window, you can’t return to it.
  2. View your new licenses.
