Share Consumption Tags for Enhanced Support
Share your consumption tags data to receive enhanced support and maximize your Salesforce investment. By default, your Digital Wallet consumption tags are private. You can opt to share this data to unlock enhanced support, tailored recommendations, and strategic guidance based on your specific usage patterns.
What Data Is Shared
When you turn on sharing, you provide access to these consumption insights, including:
- Usage data broken down by custom tags.
- Standard usage tag data (such as agent names, action types, and Data 360 reportable resources).
For more information about the fields that are shared (Resource Id Or Api Name, Resource Tags, Root Resource Id Or Api Name, Root Resource Tags), see TenantEnrichedUsageEvent Data Lake Object.
Benefits of Sharing
Sharing your consumption data unlocks enhanced support to help you:
- Identify potential issues, such as bottlenecks or under utilization, before they impact your operations.
- Provide tailored advice to optimize your spending strategy, based on your specific usage trends.
- Maximize your investment.
Turn On Consumption Tags Sharing
Sharing your consumption tags data is completely optional and can be disabled or re-enabled at any time.
From Setup, find and select Digital Wallet. In the Consumption Tags Data Sharing section, enable the Sharing Preference.
If you turn off sharing, Salesforce stops sharing new consumption data. Previously shared data is retained and can’t be deleted.
