Track Product Limits Utilization
Track your product limits in Digital Wallet to stay on top of your usage and proactively plan for your organization's capacity needs. The Product Limits tab provides a single view of your purchased allowances and utilization, helping you manage overall product limits consumption.

Users with the System Administrator profile have the “View Product Limits” permission by default. For information about the permissions required for other Digital Wallet features, see Digital Wallet Permissions.
A product limit represents a restricted resource that your organization uses on a periodic basis. Contact your Account Executive to increase these limits.
Conveniently, you don’t have to monitor this tab manually. Instead, you can build a flow that automatically notifies specific users when your product limit usage reaches set thresholds, such as 80% or 100%. This way, your team stays informed and can smoothly manage capacity without unexpected overutilization. See Manage Product Limits Threshold Alerts and Notifications.
The Product Limits tab shows a snapshot in time. The “Last Processed” timestamp is when the page was loaded. To access your product limits, from the App Launcher find and select Digital Wallet, then click the Product Limits tab.
The Platform Limits tab shows near real-time utilization information for these products.

Product Limits Details
- Allowance
- The total capacity available for this product limit during the specified timeframe, usually the length of your contract. If you purchase an add-on that increases your limit, the new allowance is reflected here. If you have multiple contracts affecting the same resource, the data reflects your combined allowance.
- Amount Used
- The current usage of this product limit. This value represents a point-in-time snapshot. For example, the existing Platform Data Storage and Platform File Storage limits are updated in near real-time.
- Utilization Rate
- The percentage of your allowance currently in use, calculated as (Amount Used / Allowance) × 100%. This value helps you quickly identify limits that are approaching capacity. This value is truncated to one decimal place and isn’t rounded up.
- Refresh Frequency
- How often the product limit allowance resets. For example, “Once” means that the product limit is in effect for the entire length of the contract.
