- Invite your team
It is critical to include your business and technical leaders in the Success Reviews. They will be key in making sure your business can align and prioritize recommendations that will be provided. Make sure they are included when your Success Guide reaches out to schedule the Success Review.
- Know your goals
Make sure to bring your Success Path. Your Success Guide will use your Success Path as a North Star during your conversation and will provide updates following the call. If you don’t have a Success Path, don’t worry. Your Success Guide will get you started on the path to creating your own.
- Bring your questions
Success Reviews are a collaborative effort and your Success Guide can gut check any assumptions or possible questions you may have for future business plans.
