Tip
Tip Instead of completing this task manually, get help from Setup with Agentforce. For example, tell the Setup agent, “Update the department of user Iris Thomas to ‘Sales.’” For more information, see User Management in Setup with Agentforce.
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, then select Users.
  2. Click Edit next to a user’s name.
  3. Change the settings as needed.
If you change the user's license, only licenses with remaining seats are displayed. The user license determines which profiles are available for the user.
  4. Click Save.
