          • Understand the Basics of Experience Cloud
Discover how Experience Cloud helps you create digital experiences and branded spaces for your employees, customers, and partners. You can build sites, portals, and forums with the level of customization that you want using little or no code. Or, if you’re comfortable using code, you can build them programmatically.
          • Plan and Prepare for Your Experience Cloud Implementation
Experience Cloud comprises flexible, powerful features that you can combine in multiple ways to deliver the digital experience you need, whether it’s a portal, help center, or mobile app. And although it can be tempting to dive right into building, we recommend taking time to think about the combination of features you need to deliver a productive, successful site. We can’t cover every planning aspect, but these topics describe some key areas to consider, research, and incorporate as you develop your overall plan.
          • Set Up and Configure Your Org for Experience Cloud Sites
Before setting up your first Experience Cloud site, complete a few tasks in Salesforce Setup to prepare your org for customer- and partner-facing sites. From enabling digital experiences to selecting the correct org settings, we’ve got you covered! The steps you take when preparing your org for Experience Cloud sites are the same you take when setting up sites for Commerce Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, and Work.com.
          • Manage Users and Data Access
One of the most important administrative tasks is setting up and maintaining your users. Salesforce provides a variety of features and tools that help you ensure that your Experience Cloud partner, customer, and guest users have the right access to data.
          • Build and Customize Your Experience Cloud Site
Choose from several preconfigured templates to create your site. Then customize the site to suit your needs and match your brand.
          • Agentforce for Experience Builder (Beta)
The Experience Builder Agent (beta) generates content for any Text Block component in your enhanced LWR site. Chat with the agent to refine the content, add the agent’s text to the component, and revise the wording manually as you see fit. You also can ask the agent general questions about how to use Experience Builder, such as, “How do I add guest users to my site?” The agent searches the Salesforce Help documentation to give you an answer.
          • Create Use-Case Driven Sites
Whether you're creating a site for self-service or one for partner vendors, Experience Cloud has the solution to fit your needs.
          • Secure Your Experience Cloud Site
You can help keep your Experience Cloud site more secure by enabling clickjack protection, authenticating users, encrypting data, and protecting against malicious resources and vulnerabilities in components using CSP and Lightning Locker. These options allow you to maintain the security of your site while still using the external sources you need. In addition, you can use various settings and permissions to protect your data and your customers’ data, and publicly share the site with guest users.
          • Deploy an Experience Cloud Site from Sandbox to Production
We recommend creating, customizing, and testing your Experience Cloud site in a test environment, such as a sandbox, before deploying it to your production org. When testing is complete, you can use change sets or Metadata API to migrate your site from one org to another. Deciding whether to use change sets or MD API depends on several factors. Some things to consider are the complexity of the changes that you’re migrating, your level of comfort with developer tools, and the application lifecycle management (ALM) model that you’re using.
          • Manage Your Experience Cloud Site
Administer, manage, and moderate your Experience Cloud site from Experience Workspaces.
          • Use Reporting in Experience Cloud Sites
Use reporting to see short-term and long-term trends in various areas of your Experience Cloud site. The preconfigured AppExchange package makes reporting a snap for community managers. You can also give the power of reporting to your members.
          • Experience Cloud Considerations
Keep the following considerations in mind when creating sites with Experience Cloud.
