Performs a soft delete of a configuration item (CI) in the CMDB based on a CI ID. The action marks the CI as deleted without permanently removing it from the database. Before calling this action, call Get Configuration Item Details to display the full CI details to the user and capture explicit confirmation. Use the CI ID returned by Get Configuration Item Details as the input to this action.
