Note In August 2026, we plan to turn on the Agentforce platform for all orgs with
Agentforce access. New orgs will be enabled by default. We’ll remove the
Agentforce toggle from the Agentforce Agents page in Setup, so you can
build, test, and deploy agents with one less step. The platform is
provisioned at no additional cost and there are no changes to
billing.
- If you haven’t already, turn on Einstein Generative AI.
-
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agent,
and then select Agentforce Agents.
If you don’t see Agents in Setup, verify that Einstein Generative AI is enabled for your org.
- To enable Agentforce, turn on the Agentforce.
After you enable Agentforce, refresh the page to see the New Agent button. The New Agent button launches the guided setup for creating an agent. If you don’t see the New Agent button, after enabling Agentforce, verify that the required permissions are assigned to your profile.
