            Set Up and Run Tests in Agentforce Studio (Beta)

            Use Testing Center in Agentforce Studio (Beta) to test AI agents or prompt templates at scale. Test agents by simulating conversations across many scenarios at once. Test prompt templates by running batch evaluations across many inputs. Both testing types let you apply scorers to automatically evaluate responses and identify quality issues.

            Agentforce Studio Testing Center supports two types of batch testing. Choose based on what you want to evaluate.

            New test suite menu.
            If you want to test... Use...
            An AI agent's conversations and responses Test Agents. Simulate conversations at scale. Provide test cases manually, generate them from your agent's subagents and actions or knowledge sources, or automate test runs using the API. Evaluate responses with built-in and custom scorers.
            A prompt template's output quality Test Prompt Templates. Run batch evaluations across many inputs at once. Upload a CSV with your test cases and select scorers to evaluate the template's responses.

              Test your AI agents at scale with a flexible, AI-driven testing workflow in Agentforce Studio Testing Center. Build test suites, generate test cases, and run evaluations across many scenarios at once in a spreadsheet-inspired interface designed to help you validate and debug agent conversations.
            • Test Prompt Templates
              Evaluate your prompt templates at scale with batch testing in Agentforce Studio Testing Center. Upload test data, select scorers, and run evaluations across many inputs at once.
