            Sales Coach Agent: Give Feedback on Needs Analysis Stage and Prompt Templates

            This action calls the Get Needs Analysis Stage Feedback prompt template. To analyze a sales rep’s pitch, the template provides the Sales Coach agent with CRM data from the user and the opportunity record. The template also includes questions to assess how well the sales rep understands the deal and prospect’s needs. The information is then used to generate feedback for the sales rep.

            Considerations

            If you remove this action, Sales Coach agent can’t analyze sales pitches for opportunities in the Needs Analysis stage.
