This action calls the Get Negotiation/Review Stage Feedback prompt template. To represent the customer in a role play session, the template provides the Sales Coach agent with CRM data from the user and the opportunity record. The template also includes questions to assess how well the sales rep understands the deal and prospect’s needs. The information is then used to generate feedback for the sales rep.
