This action calls the Get Proposal Stage Feedback prompt template. This prompt template provides Sales Coach agent with the context it needs via CRM data from the opportunity record in order to accurately analyze a sales rep’s pitch. The prompt template also includes qualification questions that are used to assess how well the sales rep understands the deal and prospect’s needs. All of this is used to generate feedback for the sales rep.
