Customize Allowed Domains for the Search the Web Agent Action
Limit web search results to specified websites by defining allowed domains for the
Search the Web agent action. Set allowed domains through input variables in Next Generation Actions
(NGA) or through the Configuration Input field in the legacy Agentforce Builder.
In the Default Value field, enter up to 10 allowed domains as a
comma-separated list.
Optionally, add a description in the Description field to document
what these domains represent. For example, "Allowed domains for Salesforce product
documentation and support."
Save your changes.
Customize Allowed Domains in the Legacy Agentforce Builder
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agents, and then select
Agentforce Agents.
Select your agent, and click Open in Builder.
In Agentforce Builder, open the General Web Search subagent.
Select This Subagent’s Actions.
Select Search The Web.
Click Edit Action.
In the Inputs section, navigate to the Allowed Domains, and enter up
to 10 comma-separated domains in the Configuration Input field.
Save the action.
