            Visit a Link from a Dashboard Widget

            Dashboard builders can link dashboard widgets to Salesforce records or other websites. Visit a link to act on dashboard insights!

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To visit a dashboard widget link: Run Reports
            1. Open a dashboard.
            2. Expand a widget. Hover over a widget and click Expand component icon.
              A larger version of the dashboard widget overlays the dashboard.
            3. Visit the link. From the expanded widget, click Visit link icon>.

            The linked widget’s destination opens.
