Print a Dashboard

Print dashboards using your browser’s print option.

Available in: both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience

Available in: Essentials, Group (View Only), Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

User Permissions Needed
To print dashboards:	Run Reports AND access to dashboard folder

Set the paper orientation to landscape so that it’s wide enough for all the columns of dashboard widgets.
In Salesforce Classic, widgets are called components.
If necessary, resize your columns.

Note As an alternative to using browser print in Lightning Experience, use the Download option to download a PNG image of the dashboard.
