            Share an Image of a Dashboard Widget on Chatter in Lightning Experience

            Start the conversation by sharing images of dashboard widgets on Chatter.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Essentials, Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To share images of dashboard widgets on Chatter: Run Reports
            1. View a dashboard.
            2. Find the widget that you want to share, and expand it by clicking Expand icon.
            3. In the expanded widget, click Share widget icon.
              The Chatter menu opens. You can compose your post and view the dashboard feed by scrolling down.
            4. Compose your post. You can @mention people and groups, and format with rich text.
            5. Click Share.

            The dashboard widget image posts to the Dashboard feed. To view the dashboard feed, and your post, click Collaborate on dashboard feed.

            Note
            Note If you can’t post images of dashboard widgets on Chatter, ask your Salesforce admin to turn on feed tracking for dashboards.

            Downloaded and shared images of dashboard widget tables can be up to 3000 pixels in height or approximately 100 rows. Rows beyond the limit are clipped. To avoid clipping, filter the chart to fewer than 100 rows.
