Organize Dashboards

Keep your dashboards at your fingertips by embedding them around Salesforce, printing them, or deleting dashboards that you don’t need anymore.

Required Editions

Available in: Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
Available in: Essentials, Group (View Only), Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
  1. Embed Dashboards on the Home Tab and in Lightning Apps
Embed dashboards to surface insights right where people work.
  2. Add a Lightning Dashboard to an LWR Experience Cloud Site (Beta)
Give your partner users direct access to a Lightning dashboard by embedding it on your Lightning Web Runtime (LWR)-based Experience Cloud site. In Experience Builder, add the Lightning Dashboard component to a page, select the dashboard, and publish the site. Lightning dashboards added to an LWR Experience Cloud site are available in view mode only.
  3. Change Dashboard Owner
Transfer dashboard ownership if responsibilities change or the current dashboard owner leaves your organization. The new owner has full control over the dashboard contents. You can change ownership of one or more dashboards at a time. You must have edit access to the folder that contains the dashboard. The new owner is granted edit access to the dashboard folder.
  4. Print a Dashboard
Print dashboards using your browser’s print option.
  5. Download a Dashboard to a PNG File
Download your dashboard as a PNG file that you can embed in presentations or refer to wherever you are.
  6. Delete a Dashboard
It’s a good idea to delete dashboards that you no longer need.
  7. Install the CRM Sample Dashboards from AppExchange
Use these dashboards from the AppExchange as a starting point for building dashboards that meet your business needs.
  8. Install the Preconfigured Sales Cloud Dashboards from AppExchange
The preconfigured Sales Cloud dashboards and underlying reports are based on Sales Cloud objects and fields. Use these dashboards to track key performance metrics for your executives, sales managers, sales reps, and other team members.
