          These limits and limitations apply to Data 360 reports and dashboards.

          Data 360 Reports Limits

          Feature Limits
          Number of Rows Displayed Reports display a maximum of 2,000 rows in run mode.
          Number of Rows Exported You can export up to 50,000 rows and a maximum file size of 100 MB using the .csv, .xls, or .xlsx file formats.
          Row-level Formulas Each Data 360 report supports upto 5 row-level formulas.

          • Stacked summaries
          • Change the granularity level on grouped date fields
          • Standard filters, cross filters, filter by scope, filter by dimension values
          • Inline editing
          • Open report in Quip
          • Einstein Discovery for Reports

          • Subscribe to Data 360 reports in Slack
          • Joined reports
          • Support for multiple currencies
          • Support for custom fiscal years
          • Row limit filters in a tabular report
          • Historical trending
          • Trend in Wave report snapshots

          Functions Not Available

          • These logical functions aren’t supported in formulas: ISCLONE, ISNEW, ISNULL, ISNUMBER, NOT, NULLVALUE, OR, PARENTGROUPVAL, PREGROUPVAL, PRIORVALUE.
          • Date and time functions in row-level and summary formulas

          Considerations When Using Data 360 Reports

          • Subtotals are included in the row limit.
          • Data 360 reports show totals and subtotals based on all report data.
          • You can’t export a details-only report as a .xlsx file.
          • Users with Salesforce Identity licenses don’t have access to Data 360 reports.
          • Static formulas and grouped columns aren’t supported in custom summary formulas.
          • The Data 360 report category is visible in a companion org only after you map at least one of its DMOs.
          • To include a row-level formula in a DMO report, first add at least one column, bucket column, column filter, or grouping.
          • You can’t create a Data 360 report for an audience DMO with an activation audience category.
          • You can run or export a Data 360 report that’s up to 100 MB.
          • Column names in Data 360 reports aren’t translated.

          Considerations When Using Semantic Data 360 Reports

          • You can’t create a report on a semantic data model that contains a calculated insight.
          • You can’t create a tabular, matrix, or join report on a semantic data model.
          • You can’t include a semantic model’s metrics, parameters, groupings, or bins in a report.
          • You can’t include semantic model data records in a dashboard’s Lightning table.
          • Row-level formulas and summary formulas aren’t supported in semantic data model reports.
          • Row count and detail rows aren’t supported in semantic data model reports.
          • You can’t add calculated measures or dimensions to a semantic data model report’s formulas.
          • While you can add aggregate filters to a semantic data model report, grouping, aggregation, and filtering on user-aggregated measures isn’t supported.
          • To create a semantic model report, add at least one grouping column.
          • Semantic data model reports don’t support dimensions in detail columns.
          • Disconnecting an extended semantic data model from the original model can cause unexpected behavior in reports created from the extended model.
          • Modifying certain field properties of a semantic data model, such as data types in the semantic model, can impact reports that reference those fields.
