          Add Custom Disclaimers to Exported Reports

          Control the legal and compliance language on your exported reports using custom disclaimers. Add a custom disclaimer after the standard Salesforce disclaimer to ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Essentials, Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To export reports: Export Reports
          1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Reports and select Reports and Dashboards Settings.
          2. Select Use Custom Disclaimer on Exported Reports.
          3. In the text field, add the custom disclaimer after the standard Salesforce disclaimer.
            The standard Salesforce disclaimer appears first and can’t be removed.
            Note
            Note The text field supports up to 765 bytes. Because characters use 1 to 4 bytes depending on the language and encoding, the number of characters you can enter varies.
          4. Click Save.
            The custom disclaimer displays as a footer in all reports exported in .xlsx, .xlx, and .csv formats.
