Disable formulas in reports exported as a CSV file by adding a straight apostrophe (')
before field values that start with characters such as equals (=), plus (+), minus (-), and so on.
This prevents spreadsheet programs from misinterpreting these cell values as formulas and reduces
security risks.

To export reports:
Export Reports
In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Reports and select
Reports and Dashboards Settings.
Select Disable Formulas in Exported Reports.
In the text box, along with the default characters such as =, +, -, @,\t, and \r, you can
enter additional characters to detect at the start of field values using commas to separate
them. Multiple characters without commas in between, for example %&+, are not
supported.
This setting adds a straight apostrophe (') to the start of cell values in reports
exported as CSV files if those values begin with any of the characters specified in the text
box.
Note The default characters (=, +, -, @,\t, and \r) cannot be deleted from the text
box.
