Einstein Discovery for Reports is available after you enable CRM Analytics and assign
the Can Run Einstein Discovery for Reports permission to users. Can Run Einstein Discovery for
Reports is included with several standard permission sets, which come with various Salesforce
licenses. Or you can assign the permission to users individually.

Available with CRM Analytics Plus in Developer
Edition, and for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and
Unlimited Editions.
Available with Sales Cloud Einstein in Performance and Unlimited
Editions, and for an extra cost in Enterprise Enterprise.

Verify that the Enable CRM Analytics setting is turned on for your users.
After enabling CRM Analytics and assigning permission sets, users have access to
Einstein Discovery for Reports. The next time they run a report with sufficient data, they’ll
see the Analyze button, and they’ll be able to start an analysis.
