            Activate the Exchanges with RMA Flow Template

            The Exchanges RMA flow lets a customer service representative create even, uneven, and post-fulfillment exchanges. To use the flow, copy and activate the flow template, and then clone or customize the flow as needed.

            Required Editions

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Flows.
            2. Click New Flow, click Use a Template, and click Next.
            3. Select Exchanges with RMA Returns and click Create.
            4. Click Save.
            5. For Flow Label, enter a unique name.
            6. Click Save.
            7. Click Activate.
