          Add the Order on Behalf Of Flow to an Object Page

          Give users easy access to the Order on Behalf Of flow by adding it to the Actions & Recommendations component on a Lightning page for an object. Because all orders are associated with an account, add the flow to the Actions and Recommendations component on the account page.

          Required Editions

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Actions & Recommendations.
          2. Click New Deployment, and then click Next.
          3. Name the deployment, select Flows and quick actions, deselect Recommendations, and click Next.
          4. In the Available Objects list, move the objects that you want to add the flow to, such as Account, to the Selected Objects list, and click Next.
          5. On the Default tab, in the All Actions list, drag your Order on Behalf Of flow to the Top Pinned section.
          6. Select your Order on Behalf Of flow, and click Unmark Removable.
          7. Click Next, and then click Save.
          8. Open the record page for an object that you added the flow to, such as Account.
          9. From the Setup menu, select Edit Page.
          10. Select the Actions & Recommendations component in the preview layout.
          11. For Actions & Recommendations Deployment, select the deployment that you created, and click Save.
          12. In the window that appears, click Activate, and then click Save.
          13. Click Activation.
          14. Assign the page as the org default.
          15. Select Desktop for form factor.
          16. Click Save.
