          Add a Service Flow to an Object Record Page

          You can give users easy access to a flow by adding it to the Actions & Recommendations component on an object’s Lightning record page. Most Order Management flows service existing order summaries, so they’re usually added to the Order Summary record page. The Order on Behalf Of flow creates an order for a customer, so we recommend adding it to the Account page. That allows a customer service agent to create an order for a customer while viewing the customer’s account.

          Required Editions

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actions & Recommendations, and then select Actions & Recommendations.
          2. Click New Deployment, and then click Next.
          3. After you name the deployment, select Flows and quick actions, deselect Recommendations, and click Next.
          4. In the Available Objects list, move the object, such as Order Summary or Account, to the Selected Objects list, and click Next.
          5. Select the Default tab.
          6. In the All Actions list, drag the flows that you want to make available to the Top Pinned section.
          7. Select the flow checkboxes, and click Unmark Removable.
          8. Click Next, and then click Save.
          9. In Lightning App Builder, edit the selected object’s record page. To edit an object record page, you open an existing record of that object. If none exists, then create one.
            To create an order summary record, verify that your Create Order Summary flow is active, and then create and activate an order. Activating an order triggers the Create Order Summary flow. Because order summaries require several related records, don’t manually create an order summary.
            1. Open a record page.
            2. From Setup, select Edit Page.
            3. In the preview layout, select the Actions & Recommendations component.
            4. For Actions & Recommendations Deployment, select the deployment that you created, and click Save.
            5. Click Activate, and then click Save.
            6. Click Activation.
            7. Save the page as the org default.
