Enable Order Management Analytics
Connect your org’s Data 360 license to Order Management to access the Analytics dashboard and create and view calculated insights.

Before turning on Order Management Analytics, review the prerequisites and necessary data stream set up to connect Data 360, Commerce, and Order Management. See Order Management Analytics. Conveniently create data streams between Order Management and Data 360 by using data kits. See Share Data Using Order Management File-Based Data Kits.
After you deploy the Order Management data kit, make sure the necessary data streams and data model objects (DMOs) are present.
To view data streams, from Data Cloud, open the Data Streams tab. Make sure that these data streams are present:
- Location
- LocationGroup
- LocationGroupAssignment
- Product2
- ProductCategory
- ProductCategoryProduct
- ProductCatalog
- FulfillmentOrder
- OrderItemSummary
To view DMOs, from Data Cloud, open the Data Model tab. Make sure these DMOs with their required fields are present and mapped to the correct data streams.

- From Setup in the Quick Find box, search for Order Management, then find and select Setup under the Order Management feature settings.

Under Data 360 for Order Management, select a data space as your data source.
Select the data space that contains the necessary data streams to create calculated insights. After you turn on the connection, Data 360 generates calculated insights in the background.

Activate the connection. To select a different dataspace after enabling the connection,
first turn off the connection, then select a new data space.
After you activate the connection, calculated insights generate based on historical order data, which is automatically updated every 24 hours. The first calculated insight populates on your analytics dashboard at 12:00 AM UTC.

(Optional) To run your calculated insights immediately, publish it in Data Cloud.
- From the App Launcher, enter Data Cloud, then select Calculated Insights.
- Select the Order Management Analytics calculated insight.
- From the dropdown menu, click Publish Now.

Add analytics picklist values to the GoalDefinition object.
This step makes sure that Order Management insights get stored and generated correctly.
- From Setup, go to the Object Manager.
- Find and select the GoalDefinition object.
- From Field & Relationships, select Category, and then click New under Category Picklist Values.
- Enter OMAnalytics_OrgGoal, and then click Save.
- From Field & Relationships, select Usage Type, and then click New under Usage Type Picklist Values.
- Enter GnR as a Usage Type Picklist Value, and then click Save.

(Optional) Add the Analytics tab shortcut to the navigation bar.
- From Order Management, expand the app navigation dropdown, and click Edit.
- Click Add More Items.
- Select Analytics, and then click Add Nav Item.
- Save your changes.
