Before you can start analyzing returns, your admin must set up Return Insights. Return Insights requires your admin to turn on Data 360, set up an admin user, connect the source Salesforce org to Data 360, and follow the setup steps.
Einstein makes its call after the user selects a list of return products for analysis. Credits are spent depending on the results returned by Einstein.
After determining the most common or impactful return reasons, consider updating your product listings or store to decrease future return rates.
