          B2C Commerce Connections

          When you use a Salesforce B2C Commerce storefront, you can provision or deactivate integrated features, such as Omnichannel Inventory, Order Self-Service, Order Integration, and Cart and Checkout Data.

          • Provision a B2C Commerce Connection
            Set up and activate the B2C Commerce storefront integration or related features.
          • Deactivate a B2C Commerce Connection
            Deactivate the B2C Commerce storefront integration or a related feature. Before refreshing or running DBInit on a B2C Commerce instance, deactivate all of its connections.
          • Order Self-Service
            Create a customer portal using the SFRA Order Management Self-Service plug-in to let customers manage their orders. Customers can track orders, view order history, and manage cancellations and returns. Order Self-Service supports the RMA return flow, which lets customers return products on their own, but requires that the store validates the return before issuing the refund.
