Quantity fields don’t display automatically on the Return Order Line Item page. Because you use the quantity fields to verify and update item quantities before canceling a managed or unmanaged RMA return order, add these quantity fields to the Return Order Line Item default page layout.
You can only cancel an activated return order.
When you cancel a managed RMA return order, Order Management updates the order item quantities and financial information for you. When you cancel an unmanaged RMA return order, you must manually update the order item quantities and financial information.
