          Configure Rejection Reasons

          If a store associate can’t pick an item, they can select a reason for rejection. The options are Damaged, Just Sold, Out of Packing Supplies, Out of Stock, and Other. You can also create your own reasons.

          Required Editions

          1. Log in to Salesforce as a System Administrator.
          2. Add the Rejection Reason field to the Fulfillment Order page.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select Object Manager.
            2. Select Fulfillment Order Product.
            3. Click Page Layouts and click Fulfillment Order Product Layout.
            4. Move Reject Reason to the Fulfillment Order Product Detail section.
            5. Click Save.
          3. Repeat this step for the Pick Ticket Product object in Object Manager.
          4. (Optional) Create a custom rejection reason.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select Object Manager.
            2. Select Fulfillment Order Product.
            3. Select Reject Reason.
            4. Under Reject Reason Picklist Values, click New.
            5. Enter a rejection reason.
            6. Click Save.
