          Configure Store Associate Users

          Set up your store associates and assign them the necessary permission set to access the store fulfillment app.

          Required Editions

          1. Log in to Salesforce as a System Administrator.
          2. Add a store associate.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            2. Click New User.
            3. Enter the associate’s general information.
            4. For User License, select Identity.
            5. For Profile, select Identity User.
            6. Click Save.
          3. Assign the Store Associate Permission set to a store associate.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            2. Select the store associate’s account.
            3. Under Permission Set Assignments, click Edit Assignments.
            4. Select Order Management Store Associate and click Add.
            5. Click Save.
