Add Credit Types for Refunds
Add credit types to control and expand how refunds are returned when a customer returns an item. A customer service representative can divide the refund amount across multiple credit types.
The Credit value is automatically created for your store and is active by default. Only active values show during the flow.

Click
at the top of the page, and then select Setup.
- In the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager.
- Select Payment Credit and go to the Fields and Relationships tab.
- In the Credit Type Picklist Values section, click New.
- Enter a label and API name.
- Select a category and click Save.
To configure which values show for your store, customize your flow.
