          Set Up a Store Fulfillment Site

          The Store Fulfillment template guides you through creating a fulfillment site. After you set up your site, make it accessible to anyone with the Identity User license.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.

          Before setting up the Store Fulfillment app, verify that your organization has the Order Management license enabled and that the Distributed Order Management Flow Package and Store Fulfillment Application Package are installed. You’ll need the Salesforce CRM Content User license to install the Store Fulfillment Application Package.

          1. Create an Experience site.
            When creating the site, enter and select All Sites instead of Sites.
          2. Select the Store Fulfillment App template.
          3. Click Builder.
          4. Configure the site’s menus.
            1. On the Home page, click the Theme Navigation Menu component, and select Store Fulfillment App Navigation for Default Menu.
            2. Click the Title Menu component, and select Store Fulfillment App Navigation for Default Menu.
            3. Click the Compact Header component, and select User Profile Menu for User Profile Component.
            4. In the upper-left dropdown, select the Ready to Pack page.
            5. Click the Theme Navigation Menu component, and select Store Fulfillment App Navigation for Default Menu.
          5. Give Identity Users access to the site.
            1. Open Administration.
            2. On the Members tab, add Identity Users to Selected Profiles.
            3. Click Save.
          6. Click Publish.
          7. Enable login for users.
            1. In Administration, click Login and Registration.
            2. Change the default page to Experience Builder Page and select Login Page.
            3. Allow users to log in directly to an Experience Cloud site.
            4. Click Save.
          8. Create a login flow for users.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Login Flows, and then select Login flows.
            2. Click New.
            3. For type, select Flow.
            4. Enter a name and select a profile.
            5. For flow, select Store Fulfillment App Login.
            6. Select a user profile and license, and then click Save.
          9. Go to Administration.
          10. Click Activate Site.
