            Create Streams for Return Insights

            You can complete most of the Return Insights configuration by using the Data 360 Setup guide. After you finish setting up Data 360, create data streams. Data streams are the connections and associated data ingested into Data 360.

            Required Editions

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Data Cloud.
            2. On the Data Streams tab, click New.
            3. For Connected Source, select Salesforce CRM, and click Next.
            4. Select the org that you’re creating data streams for.
            5. Click All Objects.
            6. Search for and select Order Product Summary, and click Next.
            7. For Object Details, select Engagement, and for Event Time Field, select Created Date.
            8. Click Next.
            9. Review the order product summary fields, and click Next.
            10. Click Deploy.
            11. Return to the list of streams. Open the action menu at the end of the row for your new stream, and click Refresh Now.
