            Create Data Mapping for Return Insights

            The next step in setting up return insights is mapping your Sales Order product data.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.

            Set up data streams for your organization.

            1. Go to your new data stream.
            2. In the Data Mapping section, click Start.
            3. Click Select Objects. If the objects aren’t visible enable the objects in Data 360
            4. Search for Sales Order Product, and then click the Plus button (+).
            5. Click Done.
            6. Map your fields. Some fields are mapped by default. Don’t edit these fields.
              1. From the order item summary, click Order Product Summary ID.
              2. From the sales order product, select Sales Order Product. If you don’t see the entity, expand the Unmapped section.
            7. Repeat step 6 for these fields.
              1. Product ID → Product
              2. Quantity Returned → ProductReturnQuantity
              3. Quantity Net Ordered → AvailableQuantity
              4. TypeCode → SalesOrderProductSubType
            8. Save your work. A success message shows when the process completes, which can take a few minutes.
