          Deactivate a B2C Commerce Connection

          Deactivate a B2C Commerce Connection

Deactivate the B2C Commerce storefront integration or a related feature. Before refreshing or running DBInit on a B2C Commerce instance, deactivate all of its connections.

          Required Editions

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter B2C Commerce Connections, and then select B2C Commerce Connections.
          2. In the Tenant Connections section, find the row containing the connection that you want to deactivate, and click Edit.
          3. In the Selected Connection Types box, select the types that you want to deactivate, then move them to the Available Connection Types box by clicking the left arrow.
To delete web stores used with a deactivated connection, use Apex code or a tool like Postman. You can’t delete web stores in the Salesforce UI.
          4. Click Save.

When a connection is deactivated, it no longer appears in the Tenant Connection List. However, depending on its connection type, it might not deactivate immediately. In that case, it appears in the Tenant Connections List with the status Pending Deactivation until it deactivates. When that happens, a notification is sent to the System Administrator email address.
