Disable High-Scale Integration with B2C Commerce

Disable High-Scale Integration with B2C Commerce

Confirm that your org has a functioning Create Order Summary flow.

          1. Pause the B2C Commerce integration.
            1. Log into B2C Commerce Business Manager.
            2. Navigate to Administration | Global Preferences | Salesforce Order Management Integration Administration.
            3. Change the Integration State from active to paused and save your changes.
          2. Log in to Salesforce as an administrator.
          3. If you don’t plan on using the High Scale Orders feature again, remove the Pending Order Summaries related lists from the page layouts that you added it to. Usually, it’s on the Account and Contact page layouts. If you plan to reactivate the feature, don’t remove the Pending Order Summaries related lists.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select Object Manager.
            2. Select the object whose layout you want to edit, and then select Page Layouts | Object Name Layout.
            3. In the layout section, select Related Lists, and then drag Pending Order Summaries to the Related Lists section.
          4. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Order Management, and then select Order Management.
          5. Turn off High Scale for B2C Integration.
B2C Commerce orders currently pending ingestion are placed in Sending (Pushed) status, which triggers automatic retries when the standard integration is activated.
          6. Prepare your Create Order Summary flow to process orders ingested by the standard B2C Commerce integration. When it’s ready, activate it.
          7. Set the B2C Commerce integration state back to active
            1. Log into B2C Commerce Business Manager.
            2. Navigate to Administration | Global Preferences | Salesforce Order Management Integration Administration.
            3. Change the Integration State from paused to active and save your changes.

The standard integration now ingests pending and new orders. To verify that it’s working, search for new order summaries in Salesforce.
