            Deleting Information from Restricted Data Fields

            Because some restricted fields can contain customer personal information, they’re subject to data privacy and protection policies. Compliance can require a user with appropriate permissions to mask or delete their values. Only a Salesforce admin or a user with the Edit Activated Orders permission can modify the restricted fields.

            Required Editions

            Note Order Management automates financial field changes to ensure that users don’t make changes that have a legal impact on bookings or invoices. You can’t manually change financial fields, such as tax or amount, on records related to managed orders, regardless of permissions or order status.
