            Enable Multiple Currencies for Even Exchanges

            All Order Management service flows work out of the box, but there are some easy ways to customize service flows and expand their functionality. Orgs that support multiple currencies require customization to support the even exchanges flow. Only the even exchange flow requires customization to support multiple currencies.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.

            If you don’t have an editable version of the flow yet, copy a flow template.

            You can set enable multiple currencies for the even exchanges flow.

            1. Click Setup at the top of the page, and then select Setup.
            2. In the Quick Find box, enter flows, and select Flows.
            3. Open your Even Exchange flow.
            4. In the list of Create Records elements, select Pricebook_Entry.
            5. In the Set Field Values for the Price Book Entry section, click Add Field.
            6. For Field, enter CurrencyIsoCode.
            7. For Value, enter {!Get_Order_Summary.CurrencyIsoCode}.
            8. Click Done.
