Process a Product Bundle in an Order Management Flow

Process a Product Bundle in an Order Management Flow

You can use all Order Management service flows out of the box, and you can also customize a flow and expand its functionality. This customization lets customer service representatives process product bundles.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.

This customization applies only to flows created before the Spring ’25 release. If you’re cloning a flow after the Spring ’25 release, you don’t need to customize the flow because product bundles are supported. You can process product bundles in the cancel, discount, exchange RMA, order on behalf of, reship, return, and RMA service flows.

          1. Click Setup at the top of the page, and then select Setup.
          2. In the Quick Find box, enter flows, and select Flows.
          3. Select the flow that you’re customizing.
          4. In the flow, open the Manager tab.
          5. Between the No Cancel Fees Allowed decision branch and the Set Stage to Part 1 assignment, click Add element.
          6. Find and select Get Records.
          7. Create the Get All Order Items Summary element.
            1. For Label, enter Get All Order Items Summary.
            2. For Get Records of This Object, enter and select Order Product Summary.
            3. For Field, enter OrderSummaryId, set the operator to Equals, and set the value to Order Summary from Get_Order_Summary_Object > Order Summary ID.
          8. Create the Get All Order Items Relationships element.
            1. For Label, enter Get All Order Item Summary Relationships.
            2. For Get Records of This Object, enter and select Order Product Summary Relationship.
            3. For Field, enter MainOrderSummaryId, set the operator to Equals, and set the value to Order Summary from Get_Order_Summary_Object > Order Summary ID.
          9. Click Done, and save your flow.
          10. If you’re ready to activate the flow, click Activate.
