Choose Whether to Allow Discounts for Allocated Items

customize a flow and expand its functionality. This customization defines whether a customer
service representative can apply a discount to items that are already in the fulfillment
process.
You can configure discounts for allocated items in the discount flow.
Click at the top of the
page, and then select Setup.
In the Quick Find box, enter flows, and select
Flows.
Select the flow that you’re customizing.
In the flow, open the Manager tab.
Find and select allocatedItemsChangeOrderType,.
To turn on discounts for allocated items, set the default value to
InFulfillment.
To turn off discounts for allocated items, set the default value to
PreFulfillment.
Find and select Is Item Discountable.
To turn on discounts for allocated items, define two allocatedItemsChangeOrderType
resources—one that equals PreFulfillment and another that equals
InFulfillment.
