          Customize a Flow for Omnichannel Inventory

          You can use all Order Management service flows out of the box, and you can also customize a flow and expand its functionality. However, some service flows require customization to work with Omnichannel Inventory. This customization requires an Order Management Growth license.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.

          If you don’t have an editable version of the flow yet, copy a flow template.

          You can enable Omnichannel Inventory in the even exchange, exchange RMA, order on behalf of, and reship flows.

          1. Click Setup at the top of the page, and then select Setup.
          2. In the Quick Find box, enter flows, and select Flows.
          3. Select the flow that you’re customizing.
          4. In the flow, open the Manager tab.
          5. If you’re customizing an even exchange, exchange RMA, or order on behalf of flow, find and set the applyOCI and useLocationGroups default values to true.
          6. If you’re customizing a reship flow, find and set the applyOCI default to true.
          7. Click Save.
          8. If you’re ready to activate the flow, click Activate.
