After Data 360 and Einstein are configured on your site, install the Return Insights package.

Install the Return Insights package.
Set the Analyze Returns tab to visible.
1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Profiles.
2. Select a profile with access to the Return Insights tab, such as System Administrator.
3. Click Edit.
4. Set the Return Insights tab default to On.
5. Click Save.
Add the Return Insights tab to the Order Management console.
1. From the App Launcher, find and select Order Management.
2. Open the arrow menu for Order Summary Tab and click Edit.
3. In Search, enter Return Insights.
4. Click Add and then Save.
