            Manually Import a Pending Order Summary

            When the high-scale system is enabled, orders usually flow quickly from the Zero Object Service (ZOS) into Order Management. But when order volume is high, such as during a flash sale, orders can spend time waiting in ZOS. While an order is in ZOS, it’s visible in Order Management as a pending order summary. If you want to service an order that’s still in ZOS, you can manually import the pending order summary.

            Required Editions

            1. Open the shopper’s Account or Contact details page.
            2. In the Pending Order Summaries related list, search for the order.
            3. From the actions menu for the order, select Import.
              The order summary is immediately created.
