          Pack a Fulfillment Order

          Pack a Fulfillment Order

After an order is picked, it shows in the Ready to Pack tab. From there, you can pack the item quantities, reject any that couldn’t be fulfilled, print your shipping label, and ship the order.

          Required Editions

          1. Open the Store Fulfillment app, and select a location, if necessary.
          2. Select Ready to Pack.
          3. For the order that you’re packing, click Start Packing.
If you refresh the page or return to the orders page, your progress on the current order is lost.
          4. Increase Quantity in Shipment for each quantity that you add as you pack the order.
Item quantity can be limited by rejections that occurred during picking. If multiple orders required an item but only a partial quantity of that item was picked, the oldest orders are prioritized. If only part of the total quantity is picked, some or all of an item’s quantity is rejected in the newer order.
          5. To add item quantity to separate shipments, either click Add New Shipment or select another shipment.
          6. To reject an item or item quantity, leave the rejected quantity out of the order. The option to add rejection reasons appears when you click Finish Packing.
          7. After adding all available item quantities to shipments, click Finish Packing.
          8. If you’ve left any item quantity unpacked, select a rejection reason. Rejection reasons are optional. After you’ve finished selecting rejection reasons, click Next.
          9. Confirm that your packing is complete.
          10. To print a shipping label, click Print Shipping Labels.
          11. Click Ship Order.
