Fulfill orders by selecting a pick ticket and picking the items on the list. As you
fulfill the order, track which items have been picked, select rejection reasons for unpicked
items, and print item fulfillment specifics.
Open the Store Fulfillment app, and select a location, if necessary.
Click Ready to Pick.
Either click Print to print the order details, or track the picking
online by clicking Start Picking for a new ticket or Continue
Picking for an in-progress ticket.
After you click Start Picking or Print, your
name appears in the Worked on By field. If a different associate clicks Start
Picking or Print, the new associate’s name replaces your
name.
As you pick items for the order, increase the quantity picked field. If the entire quantity
is picked, click Pick All. If the entire quantity is rejected, click
Reject All. Your progress is saved if you leave an order
unfinished.
If an item quantity is partially rejected, fulfillment orders are filled in order of
placement. For example, if two orders need the same item but only some of the quantity could be
picked, the order placed first is prioritized.
After all items are either picked or rejected, click Complete Pick
Ticket.
Review the order summary details and confirm.
The order is now available in the Ready for Pickup or Ready to Pack lists.
