Removing an item from a fulfillment order cancels the fulfillment process for the item.
You can remove an order item only if it hasn’t been fulfilled. For example, you can reallocate an
item to a new fulfillment order if the item is no longer available at the specified location.
Note Removing an item from a fulfillment order doesn’t remove the item from the order. To remove
an item from the order, cancel the item from the order summary.
From the Navigation bar, open the Fulfillment Orders list view page.
Select the fulfillment order number, and open the corresponding fulfillment order
record.
You can also open a fulfillment order directly from the associated order summary.
On the Fulfillment Order page, open the Related tab.
On the line that contains the order item that you want to remove, click and select
Edit.
Change the number in the Quantity field. You can only decrease the quantity.
To create a new fulfillment order for the removed item, select Save &
New and enter the details.
Save your changes.
The fulfillment order and order product summary are updated to reflect the new
quantity.
