            Order Management Report Templates

            Order Management includes five prebuilt report templates based on custom report types.

            The Order Management report templates are provided in an unlocked package. Install the Order Management Basic Reports package and clone the templates to create reports tailored to your business needs.

            This table lists the reports provided in the package.

            Report Name Description Fields Included
            Orders and Sales by Sales Channel. Shows the volume of orders coming in to Order Management and the sales amount by sales channel.

            Fulfillment Order Status Shows where orders are being fulfilled, the status of fulfillment orders, and fulfillment trends.

            • Order Summary Number
            Refunds with Reason Code Shows return amounts, quantities, and reasons, which items are being returned, and the customers who are returning the items.

            • Sales Channel
            Order Cancellation Shows cancellation quantities and reasons, which items are being canceled, and the customers who are canceling the items.
