Reship an Order Item
Reship missing or lost order items by creating a reship fulfillment order.
Required Editions
- From the Navigation bar, open the Order Summaries list view page.

Select the order summary number that contains the items to reship, and open the
corresponding order summary record.
You can also open the order summary directly from the customer’s account in the Service Console.
- From the Actions & Recommendations list, select Create Reship Order.

On the Create Reship Order page, complete these steps.
- Select a shipping address, and click Next.
- Select the items to reship, and click Next. Only eligible items are listed.

Select the quantity to reship, a fulfillment location group, and a location.
If you change a bundle’s quantity, the quantity of all child products is impacted proportionately. You can manually increase or decrease child product quantities.
- Click Next.
- Review the reshipment information, and then click Finish.
A reship fulfillment order is created, and the items are shipped at no additional cost to the shopper or buyer.
- If the original order item turns up before the reshipped item is sent, use the reship fulfillment order to cancel the reshipment.
- If the original order item turns up after the reshipped item is sent, use the original fulfillment order to process a return for the original item.
